How Does Order Placement & Fulfillment Work?

The order is placed in an https:secure site. Order screens guide the customer through the process.

1. Choose order quantity and card denomination
2. Enter credit card information, ship to information and demographic information
3. Checkout
4. Review screen and order authorization
5. Displays the approval or the decline of the order
6. Order is prepared for shipment.  We provide shipments by UPS, FedEx, or USPS Delivery Confirmation 

Shipment

All standard orders are processed within two business days and all overnight orders are processed within one business day.  Once shipment is made, all shipping data is uploaded to the system with amount of card, tracking number and card number.  All orders are processed in batch mode.

Order Management & Tracking

After the shipment information is entered into the shipping system, the application queries the tracking system for status changes until the order is delivered.  Our systems will continue to monitor all systems for shipment status. The tracking database is also available to provide the current status of the shipment.

A full set of tools are available to customer service inquiries on the status of any order. Reports can be customized to client needs.
